TEAM EVENT DOUBLE STACK:
Each team member will receive 25K in starting chips.
Each two member team will have a seat in each different section. (teammates should never be playing against each other)
Single member team entry is allowed and the player will be seated in the section that has the least amount of live players.
Team members may choose to rotate play on their stacks at their complete discretion as long as they make the switch in between hands. i.e. the player present at the table that is dealt a hand must play the hand entirely to its completion.
The sections will combine into one final table when there are 9 teams remaining. If there are teams that still have both players in at this point, the teams will combine their stacks into one and rotate play at their discretion.
Hand for hand play will begin when there are 10 teams left.
One player to a hand will be followed strictly through the event.
Once the final table is reached, each team will receive one Conference chip that they will be able to use in the middle of a hand to consult with their teammate for 1 minute in order to come to a decision.
If a team is at risk and has not used their conference chip it is part of the pot and can be won similarly to a bounty chip.
Kibitzing among teammates may result in a penalty at the Tournament Director’s discretion.
Chip passing among team mates will result in disqualification of both players and public shaming.
How it works
In addition to regular cash payouts, points will be awarded for each event. Players also earn 3 additional hours towards our upcoming Player Appreciation Tournament for each event played. The Top 3 point earners over the 10 event series will each will receive an entry into one of our upcoming satellite events on September 27th and 28th and can win their entry into the $400 NLH on October 3rd.
- Players will have 10 events to accumulate points
- Players will be awarded points based on attendance, performance & momentum.
Point Distribution
25 points for Playing, +10 if they played the last event, +15 more if they played the last two events
10 points for getting In The Money, +10 if they placed ITM in the last event, +25 more if they placed ITM in the last two events
10 points for placing Top 3, +15 if they placed Top 3 in the last event, +25 more if they placed Top 3 in the last two events
1st Place receives 5x the total # of entries for that event, +50 if they placed 1st in the last event, +100 more if they placed 1st in the last two events
2nd Place receives 4x the total # of entries
3rd Place receives 3x the total # of entries
4th Place receives 2x the total # of entries
5th Place receives 1x the total # of entries
